Education Recruitment Consultant key responsibilities
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the education sector
* Develop new business by identifying and targeting potential clients, using your sales skills to sell recruitment services effectively
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Source, interview, and place qualified education professionals
* Manage the recruitment process from initial client inquiry through to candidate placement and aftercare
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven success in recruitment - any sector considered
* Steady work history, showing resilience and ability to develop a recruitment desk
