Are you confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and delivering excellent customer service? Join us as a Housing Assistant and play a key role in supporting an internal key audit project across multiple office locations, alongside providing high-quality administrative support across housing services.

This is a varied Housing Assistant role with a primary focus on completing an internal key audit across A2Dominion offices. You’ll help ensure accurate records are maintained, supporting consistency, security and effective service delivery across teams and locations.

Alongside the project work, you may also support wider Housing Assistant administrative duties across the Customer Support function once required.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the completion of an internal key audit across multiple A2Dominion office locations

* Develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with colleagues and teams across the business

* Allocate and prioritise tasks efficiently to ensure they are completed within timescales

* Support the delivery of small projects within the team as required by management

* Ensure objectives and tasks are met and accurately recorded against KPIs to support tracking and reporting

* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers

* Provide general administrative support across Lettings, Income, Case Management, Neighbourhood and wider Customer Support teams

* Update relevant IT systems accurately following every customer contact

* Manage tasks effectively, responding to queries and resolving matters at first point of contact where possible

More About You

* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C / Level 4 or above)

* Experience of delivering an effective customer-focused service

* Ability to effectively prioritise workload and manage competing tasks

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and external service providers

* Confident using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, F&O and Dynamics

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships across teams

* Willingness to travel across multiple A2dominion office locations
