Role is onsite office based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Who you’ll be working with
You will join a highly skilled, cross-functional team working on innovative digital products that solve real customer and business problems. We are expanding throughout 2025 and 2026, with a strong focus on product-led growth, user experience, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful products from concept through to launch and continuous improvement.
Focus of your role
We are looking for a technology-oriented Product Manager to work closely with internal teams and clients to define product vision, identify user needs, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, prioritising features, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality digital products.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments. You should be comfortable working with data, understanding user behaviour, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather, analyse, and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritise product backlog to ensure maximum business value delivery.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to inform product decisions.
- Use data and analytics to measure product performance and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure transparency throughout delivery.
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives where required.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Ensure smooth product launches and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Continuously improve user experience and product usability based on feedback and insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar product ownership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with digital products, web applications, or SaaS platforms.
- Ability to interpret data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management tools.
- Experience working with engineering teams on technical product development.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in product discovery, A/B testing, or experimentation is a plus.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, AI, or digital product environments.
- Understanding of API-based products and technical architecture fundamentals.

- Salary range will be £65000 - £70000 per annum, depending on experience.
