Responsibilities

Supporting pupils on a 1
1 and small class basis
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons focused on communication and life skills
* Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
* Working collaboratively with Behaviour Analysts, Therapists and teaching staff
* Helping students build independence and confidence
* Maintaining a calm, positive and structured learning environment
Requirements
* Experience supporting children or individuals with disabilities
* GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent
* Calm and resilient approach under pressure
* Positive, proactive and professional attitude
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
* Passion for supporting autistic children and young people
* Eligibility to work in the UK
