Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to work within a busy healthcare environment in Enfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong mechanical maintenance experience looking for a long-term shift-based role within a critical facilities environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance

Supporting building services maintenance across the site

Fault finding and repair of mechanical systems and equipment

Ensuring all maintenance works are completed safely and efficiently

Supporting compliance and statutory maintenance requirements

Working closely with onsite engineering and facilities teams

Requirements

Previous mechanical building services or facilities maintenance experience essential

Experience working within commercial or healthcare environments preferred

Strong fault-finding and maintenance background

Ability to work independently and within a shift team environment

Good understanding of health & safety procedures
