Team lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Operational and clinical duties
0.4 WTE – Responsible for fulfilling PPHS service specification of preventing and managing pelvic floor symptoms associated with pregnancy and childbirth
-Clinical caseload to fulfill PPHS requirement and increased demand and referrals as a result.
-Service Development-Be involved in quality improvement projects enhancing patient experience and journey.
-Supervisor to band 6
-Clinical education to team and MDT. Assist in inductions and training.
-Assisting in operational-day to day running of the service, diary management, booking escalations, triage
