Following the implementation of Concur and SuccessFactors Talent in 2021, we are seeking a Systems Specialist to support and develop these platforms. Based in the Shared Services and Performance Technical Team, you will work closely with the Systems Manager and stakeholders across DfT to maintain, troubleshoot and enhance systems, ensuring they remain stable, effective and fit for purpose as we move to the future state where we will be migrating to a new Technology Platform and Shared Service with HMRC and MHCLG.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to

To provide expert support and guidance on the management of Successfactors and Concur to our usersAct as second line support, and trouble shoot issues with stakeholdersSupport the continuous improvement and optimisation of the solutions,Manage support cycles and related patching activities, including testing and impact assessments, and building business cases with business stakeholders for additional featuresCreate and update necessary support documentation for our solutionsAssist core stakeholders in upskilling, and identifying opportunities to improve data quality and usageEnsure queries are resolved in a timely mannerTo be flexible and adaptable to undertake any other duties and reasonable programme wide requests as demand arises.Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work, and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies, and procedures on EDI.For further information on the role, please read the role profile.
