Reality Family Support services • Lambeth, South East London
About this role
We are an established community support organisation delivering services to children, young people and families across Lambeth and Bromley. We support those facing relationship breakdown, behavioural issues, financial hardship, housing instability, isolation, mental health difficulties, domestic abuse, substance misuse, school attendance problems and life transitions.
Our mission
help families build resilience, strengthen relationships, learn skills, overcome barriers and create safe, stable homes where children thrive. We prioritise keeping families together where safe, empowering parents/carers and connecting people to local support. We follow strict safeguarding standards, value equality/diversity and work in partnership with authorities, social care, health, schools and voluntary agencies to deliver joined‑up, person‑centred support with lasting impact.
