Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth and efficient office processes.
Main Duties
Answering phone calls and directing enquiries.
Greeting visitors and handling incoming/outgoing post.
Filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when needed.
Booking appointments or meetings and updating calendars.
Supporting other staff with administrative tasks as required.
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Requirements
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently.
Friendly, professional manner with a positive attitude.
Previous office or admin experience is helpful but not essential – training will be provided.
