MET Technician – Crawley

Our client, a well-established family-run bodyshop in Crawley, is seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join their dedicated team.

• Potential to earn an OTE of £60,000 with bonus schemes

• Standard 45-hour working week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties of a MET Technician

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles to a high standard
• Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment, meeting productivity targets
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues on vehicles
• Supporting team members with advanced diagnostics, including ADAS systems
• Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications

Requirements of a MET Technician

• Proven experience as a MET Technician, ideally with auto electrical knowledge
• Qualification in vehicle repairs and maintenance (NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience with ADAS systems is highly desirable; training will be provided if necessary
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning and professional development
