We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable accident repair centre in Cranleigh, Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Panel Beaters looking to work in a well-established workshop dedicated to delivering high standards of workmanship.

Monday to Friday, with overtime and occasional Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties of a Panel Beater

• Repairing and straightening vehicle panels to industry standards, employing welding and cutting techniques
• Undertaking filler work, chassis straightening using jig pulling equipment
• Installing new body panels in a modern bodyshop environment
• Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship while adhering to deadlines
• Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements of a Panel Beater

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater, ideally within a busy bodyshop setting
• Proficiency in panel repair, straightening, welding, and filler work
• Good understanding of vehicle structures and paint preparation processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid UK driving licence
