Our client, a reputable dealership in West Sussex, is actively seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy team in Worthing.

Benefits

• Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with a OTE of £37,600
• Monthly earnings potential of £700 to £800 through commissions and bonuses

Working hours

08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break); Saturday rota of 1 in 3 or 1 in 5

Duties

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and professional experience
• Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance plans
• Selling service plans, tyres, brakes, and other vehicle accessories
• Managing workshop workflow and liaising with technicians to ensure timely job completion
• Maintaining accurate records using Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software systems
• Contributing to achieving dealership targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a strong customer service background within the motor trade; candidates from non-motor trade backgrounds may be considered
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
• Knowledge of Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software (desirable but not essential)
• Friendly, approachable manner with a focus on delivering top-quality customer care
