What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive Playworker at Bonner Primary School who is responsible for organising, supervising, and facilitating safe and positive play activities for children during lunchtime.

This is an exciting role for someone who relishes a challenge and wants to improve and support learning at Bonner.

The role involves

  • leading games,
  • setting up play areas,
  • resolving conflicts,
  • teaching fair play,
  • maintaining equipment
  • serving as a positive role model.
  • strong communication skills to build relationships with children.
  • supporting children with any first aid
