What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a skilled DT team to peak performance
• Designing and delivering an ambitious DT curriculum across Key Stages
• Driving whole-school DT strategy, enrichment, and STEM initiatives
• Overseeing health and safety, resources, and annual departmental planning
• Building strong industry partnerships and championing student showcases
• Tracking outcomes, analysing performance data, and elevating DT success stories
