What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading targeted interventions as Behaviour Mentor for identified pupils
  • Modelling positive behaviour and relationship building at all times
  • Supporting the delivery of bespoke behaviour plans and restorative practices
  • Collaborating with SEN, safeguarding, and family liaison teams
  • Delivering group workshops to nurture self-esteem and emotional literacy
  • Monitoring, recording and reporting on individual student progress
