- Leading targeted interventions as Behaviour Mentor for identified pupils
- Modelling positive behaviour and relationship building at all times
- Supporting the delivery of bespoke behaviour plans and restorative practices
- Collaborating with SEN, safeguarding, and family liaison teams
- Delivering group workshops to nurture self-esteem and emotional literacy
- Monitoring, recording and reporting on individual student progress
