A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Hayes is seeking a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing Early Years environment where children are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support children in the Reception class through engaging, play-based activities. You will help pupils develop early communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills, while also providing 1:1 and small group support where needed.

Previous experience working in an EYFS setting or a relevant Early Years qualification would be highly beneficial.
