Ready to launch your career?

Looking for a role where you can learn, earn, and grow? This is your chance to kickstart your future with a nationally recognised qualification and hands-on experience.

You will work in our Property Services team assisting with a range of surveying-related tasks. This includes attending visits with colleagues, estimating project costs, and checking that works are completed. You will be provided with full training and work alongside experienced professionals, developing practical skills.

As part of your on-the-job learning, you will be out and about in customers' homes with an experienced colleague. We will therefore require you to either have a driving license and your own vehicle or be working towards obtaining this in the future. If you don’t have a license currently, we will support you with public transport to ensure you still receive the full exposure to the role.

You’ll also learn how to use our systems to record and report on works, produce documentation yourself, and maintain our customer records.

In addition to this, you will be working towards achieving a Level 3 Surveying qualification. You will be assigned your own tutor who will support you throughout, along with support from your line manager, Property Services team and fellow apprentices! We provide all apprentices with 20% off the job training. What this means is you are provided with 7 hours of your working week to complete your qualification – essentially, we don’t expect you to complete any work outside of working hours.

What you’ll get

A nationally recognised qualification

On-the-job training with expert guidance

A supportive team that wants you to succeed

Hybrid working – a mix of office and home

A salary of £18,333 while you learn

What we’re looking for

An eagerness to learn and grow

A team player who’s organised and proactive

Someone who is passionate about property and asset management

Someone who is curious and eager to learn about housing and investment planning

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Someone who is comfortable working with data and property information

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

An ability to manage multiple tasks

Someone who is confident working with different teams and stakeholders

Desirable to have a driving licence and own vehicle (if you have a driving licence and vehicle we will pay you a car allowance in addition to your salary to support you with ensuring your car is roadworthy – plus you will be able to claim for mileage expenses that are not to your contractual office. If you don’t have a licence, we will support you with public transport expenses that are not to your contractual office).

Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you’re motivated and ready to take the first step, we’ll give you the tools and support to help you succeed.
