About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join a fast-paced transport and logistics team. This is an early-start role, supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative tasks within a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the transport office
  • Inputting and updating data accurately on internal systems
  • Handling driver paperwork, delivery notes, and relevant documentation
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
  • Filing, scanning, and maintaining organised records
  • Assisting with scheduling and daily operational tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience preferred (ideally in transport/logistics, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual, with flexibility for early start times
