About The Role

Key responsibilities

-

To carry out a range of reactive tasks across multi trades disciplines.

-

To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.

-

To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.

-

Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation

-

Where necessary to support team leaders/managers with contractor escorts/access.

Candidate requirements

-

Applicant must have the right to work in the UK

-

Previous experience working within Facilities/Maintenance.

-

Qualifications in a building trade desirable but not essential.

-

Ability to use electronic handheld devices.

-

Must have experience with statutory and non statutory compliance ppm’s.
