At Fawkes & Reece we are currently hiring for an experienced Proposals Coordinator to join a Regional Contractor. This fantastic opportunity is amongst one of the busiest contractors within the South Coast, with an extremely impressive turnover and pipeline of future works. About the role of Proposals Coordinator

As Proposals Coordinator you will support the Bid, Business Development and Design team to assist with the submission of tenders & bids. This regional contractor are one of the key framework partners across the education, healthcare and public sector.

Responsibilities for Proposals Coordinator

• Provide creative design input using software such as In-design or Sketch up.
• Review and analyse submissions to ensure proposals meet the necessary requirements, whilst ensuring they represent the true quality and ability of the business.
• Work with the Bid team to provide relevant research and information to support submissions adding creative input as required.
• Manage and maintain client bidding portals collating and uploading relevant information as required.
• Provide design specifications and collate and coordinate branding in line with the business branding and specifications.
• Ability to capture, collate and present relevant information throughout submission and case studies.

Requirements for Proposals Coordinator

• Previous experience working in a similar role with examples of previous proposals and bid submissions
• Knowledge of using procurement portals, InDesign, SharePoint & MS Packages
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research whilst working to tight deadlines
