We are looking for an experienced and motivated Ganger to join our team working on a major infrastructure project.

You will be working as part of a team delivering high-quality work in a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and directing a small team of operatives
• Assisting in maintaining a safe working environment for all subcontractors
• Supporting day-to-day site operations and project delivery
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and work well under pressure
• Willingness to work long hours when required
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid CSCS card
• Full PPE

Working Hours

• 10-12 hour day or night shifts
• Overtime opportunities available
