Or looking for a role where you can genuinely support young people day-to-day?
We're working with a number of specialist SEN schools across Winchester -
and we're looking for Psychology graduates to step into Learning Mentor roles

Areas include Winchester and surrounding Hampshire locations.
No school-based experience? That's absolutely fine.

- Working closely with teaching staff and SEN teams
This is a great way to take what you've learned in Psychology and apply it in a
practical, meaningful setting.

trauma, while developing skills that are highly relevant for careers in
- Educational Psychology
- Clinical Psychology
- Teaching or SEN support
- Youth work or pastoral roles
We're particularly keen to hear from
- Psychology graduates
- Those interested in mental health, behaviour, and child development
- Individuals who are calm, patient, and empathetic
- Anyone looking to build experience before further study or training
You don't need all the answers - just the willingness to learn and support.

- Flexible pathways into long-term roles
- Free training and upskilling, including modules in:
