We're currently partnering with specialist SEN schools across Gosport who are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Psychology Graduates to join their support teams from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates wanting to build experience within education, mental health, or child development in a rewarding and supportive environment.
You don't need previous school-based experience to be considered.
Schools are looking for people with the right attitude - individuals who are patient, empathetic, resilient, and genuinely passionate about supporting young people.
We'll help you build confidence through training, guidance, and ongoing support throughout your placement.
- Supporting students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Working 1
1 or in small groups to encourage engagement and confidence
- Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
- Building trusted relationships with pupils who may need extra emotional support
- Assisting teachers and SEN staff throughout the school day
- Creating a calm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
This opportunity allows you to apply your understanding of behaviour, mental health, and child development in a practical setting while gaining valuable experience for future careers including:

- Psychology graduates or students nearing graduation

- Full-time opportunities available from September
- Weekly PAYE pay starting from £100 per day
- Free CPD and SEN-focused training
- Supportive consultants and ongoing guidance
- Opportunities to progress into long-term or permanent roles
- School visits and shadowing opportunities before placement
Training may include
- Safeguarding
- Behaviour management
- Autism awareness
- SEMH support and trauma-informed practice
