We're currently recruiting Student Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Gosport and the surrounding areas.

As a Student Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and help ensure lessons continue smoothly.

Responsibilities include

• Supervising lessons using pre-prepared work
• Keeping students focused, engaged, and on task
• Managing classroom behaviour professionally and calmly
• Supporting a positive and respectful learning environment
• Following school safeguarding and behaviour procedures
• Providing feedback to staff following lessons

You won't be expected to plan lessons or teach new material - your role is to supervise and support learning already set by teachers.
