We're currently recruiting Student Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Basingstoke and the surrounding areas.

No previous classroom experience is needed - we're looking for confident, reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

As a Student Cover Supervisor, you'll support schools by supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.

Responsibilities include

• Delivering pre-set lesson instructions provided by teachers
• Supervising students in the classroom and maintaining focus
• Managing behaviour in a calm and professional manner
• Supporting a positive and productive learning environment
• Following safeguarding and school behaviour policies
• Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons

You won't be required to plan lessons or teach new material - your role is to supervise and support students throughout the school day.

This position offers flexibility and experience that can fit around studies and other commitments.
