The Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be part of a holistic support system where education and therapy are seamlessly integrated to meet the unique needs of every learner.
Key Responsibilities

Support Development
Assist students with complex needs in developing new skills and understandings they can use now and in the future.

Holistic Care
Work within a "total learning environment" to meet the educational, physical, and emotional needs of our students.

Pastoral Support
Provide essential support to students and their families, enabling them to meet individual difficulties together.

Work alongside teachers and therapists to adapt to changes in demand and provide a service that goes beyond the maintained sector.
