Your Impact
Classroom Management & Support
As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you are the key to maintaining education continuity. You won't be required to plan lessons or mark work; your focus is on leadership and presence.
Key Responsibilities

Classroom Leadership
Oversee lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring students remain on-task with work set by the department.

Behaviour Management
Confidently implement each school's specific behaviour policy to maintain a positive and orderly atmosphere.

Student Support
Help students access pre-set materials and stay engaged, providing general guidance without needing to be a subject specialist.

Detailed Reporting
Register attendance and leave accurate notes for the returning teacher regarding lesson progress and student conduct.

Professionalism
Adapt quickly to different school environments, acting as a positive role model and upholding high expectations.
