We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and commercial initiatives for our consultancy business within the UK security sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our consultancy services, including compliance consultancy, ISO certification support, and workforce solutions, while driving business growth and strengthening the company’s market position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead strategic marketing plans to promote consultancy services, including compliance, certification support, and workforce solutions.
Design and oversee multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, partnerships).
Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy and service positioning.
Support commercial planning, including pricing, sales strategy, and revenue‑growth initiatives.
Manage key client and stakeholder relationships to strengthen market presence.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the UK security sector.
Monitor marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI, providing regular reports to senior management.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Ensure all marketing and commercial activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align marketing objectives with overall organisational growth.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar strategic marketing role.
Experience within the security sector, compliance, consultancy, or professional services (preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, commercial planning, and client engagement.
Ability to design and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and contribute to business development.
Strong organisational skills and experience managing budgets and performance metrics.
