Facilities Officer - South Sites

Main Duties and Responsibilities To maintain an accurate system of monitoring for these functions, in order that, an accurateassessment of value for money can be drawn. To establish criterion for assessment in order to measure standards of performance and to takeappropriate proactive/corrective action when standards are not being achieved. Oversee and monitor internal contracts such as pest control, window cleaning and wasteand to participate in regular contract review meetings, if required. To manage and review systems of formal monitoring of contracts to include quality, quantity andcost incorporating customer satisfaction feedback where appropriate. To meet regularly with the Heads of departments, including Renal Dialysis Units, Queen Mary's,Beckenham Beacon and Orpington and others to be agreed with Line Manager, to discussservice delivery. To prepare and present regular reports to the CEF Management team, detailing theperformance of each area of contracted service provision. To deputise for the Line Manager as and when required.
