What you'll be doing

We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our Changing Together Design team. You will play a key role in shaping how strategic transformation activity is communicated, understood, and adopted across the Group.

Working across Adoption & Communities, Methods & Tooling, and Strategy teams, you will create engaging visual communications, learning assets, process guidance, and storytelling content that drives clarity, consistency, engagement, and measurable impact across platform teams and senior leadership audiences.

So what exactly would you be responsible for?

Designing high-quality visual communications and creative assets across digital, presentation, print, and motion formats

-

Supporting strategic storytelling through visually compelling content aligned to Changing Together priorities and roadmap activity

-

Creating process guides, onboarding materials, playbooks, training assets, and learning modules to support adoption and capability uplift

-

Designing engaging content for internal communication channels including SharePoint, newsletters, Viva Engage, presentations, and events

-

Translating complex transformation, tooling, and operational concepts into simple, accessible, and visually engaging experiences

-

Collaborating closely with comms, strategy, tooling, and platform teams to ensure consistency across messaging and visual identity

-

Supporting the evolution of internal design standards, templates, and reusable communication assets across Changing Together

Using insight and feedback to continuously improve engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness of design outputs

What we're looking for?

-

Strong visual design experience across digital, presentation, print, and internal communication channels

-

Experience translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible visual content

-

Strong storytelling and content design capability, with an eye for structure, hierarchy, and audience engagement

-

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects)

-

Experience creating assets for communications, training, onboarding, or adoption initiatives

-

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams

-

Experience working within transformation, product, technology, or change environments

-

Strong competency in PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint

And any experience of these would be great

-

Motion design, animation, or video editing capability

-

Experience designing training modules, process guidance, or learning content

-

Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tooling and collaborative design platforms

-

Experience supporting internal adoption, engagement, or community-led initiatives

-

Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
