- £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience + upto 10% performance Bonus
- 40hours / 5 Days Over 7 Days
- Flexibility is essential, as shifts will vary across our operating hours of 7am–11pm, including weekends, evenings, and matchdays.

We're now looking for a talented and ambitious Pastry Sous Chef to join our high-performing culinary brigade and help shape an elevated pastry offering across premium hospitality, events, restaurants, and matchday experiences.
Working alongside our Head Pastry Chef , you’ll have the opportunity to showcase creativity, lead from the front, and produce exceptional desserts, breads, pâtisserie, and baked goods in a fast-paced, premium environment unlike any other in London hospitality.

What You'll Do
- Creating and delivering exceptional pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and baked goods for matchdays, events, and premium dining experiences
- Supporting the development of innovative seasonal pastry menus that reflect current trends and premium hospitality standards
- Leading pastry production during high-volume service while maintaining impeccable quality and consistency
- Working collaboratively with the wider culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Mentoring and developing junior chefs within the pastry team
- Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen compliance, safety, and presentation
- Managing stock, minimising waste, and helping drive a commercially successful pastry operation
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef, Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, or similar role within premium hospitality, luxury hotels, events, or fine dining
- Strong knowledge of contemporary pastry techniques, baking, plated desserts, and bread production
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens without compromising quality
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
- A collaborative leadership style with experience supporting and developing junior chefs
- Strong understanding of food safety, allergens, and HACCP compliance
- Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings, weekends, and major events
