Role Overview
Millwall Football Club is seeking to appoint an Academy Administrator to support the day-to-day operational delivery of the Academy programme
This is a newly formed role and an exciting opportunity to join the Academy Operations department at a key stage of continued growth and development. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the Academy, helping to ensure high standards of administration, organisation, communication and compliance across all age groups
Working closely with the Head of Academy Operations and Compliance and wider Academy Management Team, the role will provide operational support across fixtures, scheduling, player administration, logistics, reporting and stakeholder communication, while ensuring compliance with EPPP and governing body requirements
The position would suit a highly organised, proactive and professional individual who is passionate about football operations and enjoys working within a fast-paced elite sporting environment
Key Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to
- Coordinate Academy fixtures, scheduling and logistics across age groups
- Support operational delivery on Academy matchdays and events
- Lead matchday co-ordination at U18 home fixtures (Saturday’s and occasional midweek matches)
- Manage trialist and player administration in line with EPPP requirements and Youth Development regulations
- Support Academy communications with players, parents and staff
- Maintain compliance records and administrative systems
- Assist with Academy tours, trips and operational planning
- Support reporting, scheduling and day-to-day Academy administration
- Assist with Academy audits and governance requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Academy processes and operations
Essential Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital administration systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, positive and proactive approach to work

Desired Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous experience within a football or sporting environment
- Knowledge and understanding of EPPP requirements
- Experience using Teamworks, Kitman Labs or similar systems
- Experience coordinating logistics, fixtures or events
