THE OPPORTUNITY

We are recruiting for a Contract Support to join a busy commercial and

operational team based in Brent Cross Town.

This is a key support role responsible for financial reporting, contract

administration, purchase order management, and month-end support activities. The

successful candidate will work closely with senior finance and operational teams

to ensure accurate reporting, efficient contract delivery, and strong client

service.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

* This is a full-time office-based commercial support role

* Requires experience in finance, contract administration, or similar

operational support functions

* Involves regular reporting cycles, including month-end and quarterly reviews

* Occasional site visits may be required

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Produce financial and statistical reports for assigned contracts

* Support month-end P&L reviews with senior finance and management teams

* Oversee daily contract administration tasks across assigned sites

* Raise and manage work orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices

* Monitor WIP, debt, purchase invoices, and open purchase orders

* Ensure timely delivery of parts and services

* Oversee maintenance invoicing across contracts

* Collate data for internal and external monthly reporting

* Respond professionally to client and customer enquiries

* Submit overtime reports and monitor engineer schedules

* Maintain accurate client records and conduct quarterly audits

* Attend meetings and carry out occasional site visits

* Undertake additional administrative duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

* Must be based in the borough of Barnet, Camden or Brent

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar contract support or admin role

* Strong understanding of financial and operational administration processes

* Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and reporting systems

* Excellent communication and client service skills

* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
