We are seeking a Regional Workplace Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the workplace experience across multiple sites within the WSP contract.​

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, creating welcoming and productive environments, and ensuring services align with WSP’s vision and ISS’s high standards of service delivery.

Job Description

We are looking for a senior leader who can inspire workplace teams, deliver consistent service performance, and act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders.​

The role plays a critical part in shaping exceptional workplace experiences through strong leadership, innovation, and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding service.

Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement across the region.

Oversee the delivery of all workplace services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards, resolve issues, and engage with on-site teams.

Act as the primary point of contact for WSP stakeholders, maintaining strong and effective relationships.

Partner with the client to understand evolving needs and implement workplace improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and ESG standards, including sustainability initiatives.

Manage regional budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple sites.

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and motivating high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing budgets and analysing financial data.

Proficient in the use of workplace management systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability practices.
