Neighbourhood Project Manager - Haringey’s Neighbourhood Testbed

Please see the detailed job description for more information. The post holder will be expected to carry out any other duties consistent with the role and grade as required. Performance, Data and Reporting Collate and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to inform programme decisions and identify improvement opportunities. Produce regular performance and assurance reports for governance boards and external stakeholders. Ensure all data is managed in line with GDPR and Information Governance requirements. Support programme evaluation, capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance processes within the programme Monitor outcomes, escalate delays and address barriers to safe care progression.
