About this role

We are looking for experienced critical care nurses to join our busy adult intensive care/high dependency units.

You will need at least three years’ experience in critical care and able to demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge. You will be expected to take an active role in helping us to continuously improve patient care.

Excellent communication skills are essential and a proven ability to support and mentor staff.

The post holder will use specialist knowledge and competence to provide expert clinical care for critically ill patients. The post holder will offer support; guidance and teaching to junior staff members and take charge of the shift in the absence of senior staff. To act as a positive role model recognizing their responsibility to deliver high quality service in a courteous, patient focused manner
