About The Cromwell HospitalThe Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London receive both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, theatres, medical and surgical wards, cardiac centre, CDU, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, a dedicated day surgery unit, and a new cath lab. Our new modern Radiography department is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology to include;Two general X-Ray roomsOne fluoroscopy suite, which can also be utilised as an additional X-Ray roomOne Cone Beam CT scannerOne Bone Density scanner with advanced body composition analysis capabilitiesTwo state-of-the-art mobile X-Ray unitsFour theatre image intensifiers How you'll help us make health happenAs a Senior I Radiographer, you will rotate between CT and General Xray, performing highquality examinations while ensuring every patient receives an exceptional standard of care.

You will

Deliver highquality CT and Xray imaging according to departmental protocolsSupport and lead the team during shifts, including deputising for the Superintendent when requiredParticipate in out-of-hours, night, weekend, and on-call rotasTrain and mentor junior radiographers and new startersCarry out clinical audits and support equipment QA processesEnsure safe practice in accordance with IR(ME)R 2017, IRR17 and local rulesWork both independently and collaboratively in a busy and fast-paced environment

Essential

BSc/Diploma in RadiographyHCPC RegistrationSignificant CT experience (minimum 2 years)Strong general Xray experienceExcellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced clinical settingReliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Desirable

Evidence of CPDPostgraduate Certificate in CTSiemens CT experiencePrevious leadership or mentoring experience
