Electrical Maintenance Engineer

40 hours, Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and improve plant equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and

efficiency.

You’ll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced

manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding safely

* Respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime

* Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control panels

* Complete PPM tasks and maintain accurate records

* Support installation and commissioning of equipment

* Identify and implement reliability improvements

About You

* Time-served Electrical Apprentice

* 18th Edition qualification (desirable)

* Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

* Strong fault-finding skills (PLCs, inverters, control systems)

* Ability to read electrical schematics

* Proactive, team-focused, and safety-conscious
