Role Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Security team based in Windsor. We are looking for dynamic and proactive Studio Manager with a strong background in the field.

£62,500 Annually

Requirements for the security role

Valid SIA licence.

Valid Driving licence.

A full 5 year working history to meet the BS 7858 screening requirements.

To be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.

Excellent time management.

Strong customer service.

Able to work under pressure.

Experience in managing teams at a high level.

Studio experience desirable but not essential.

First Aid qualification or local equivalent.

Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Security duties

Work closely with our clients Security Manager in all aspects of site operations.

Ensure that assignment instructions and risk assessments are completed, adhered to and carried out for all locations.

Liaise and meet our clients management on a regular basis to review performance, based on the service level agreements and KPI’s.

Discuss with and advise departments on best practices and crew adherence to Studios policies.

Oversee and enhance the standard of security vendors in accordance with service level agreements.

Managing a team of 16 including Supervisors and Officers.

Provide a first-class service with customer obsession service to our clients/Vendors.

Ensure, all policies and procedures are carried out and adhered to.

Coordinate the management of physical security, loss prevention and IP protection.

Understand drivers behind staff attrition and to take steps to minimise losses.

Report incidents via Zinc software, prepare statements and follow up on reports in accordance with policies.

Understand security expenditure with the production and assist the Production Security Manager in retaining records of security requirements.

Have a full understanding of the functions covered at all positions including stage, CCTV, reception and shoot locations.

Manage and direct the vendor coordinator when needed.

Maintain a safe place of work, ensure all security positions are in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
