From £14.45 per hour PLUS additional £64.62 per sleep in

Hours

Full-time, 39 hours per week working a rolling shift pattern which includes long days and additional sleep ins.

We are looking for Female Residential Support workers to join our specialist 5 bed Children's home and be part of an amazing team, supporting young people to reach their full potential and have positive outcomes, giving them hope for the future.

Our Home is a well-established Residential Children’s Home, which is part of the nationwide company Keys Group. The home accommodates up to 5 young ladies, all who have experienced trauma and can present varying levels of behaviours that challenge. The Manager & Team are very experienced at working with young ladies who present CSE Challenges, and have had many, long term successful placements, with the young people staying for over 4 years and transitioning on as adults after their 18th Birthday.

The home is a large detached family home, set on a large plot, it is rurally located in the beautiful countryside setting of the South Downs in West Sussex.

At this home, we support vulnerable young females, who display behaviours of concern, and specialise in working with Child Sexual Exploitation, absconding & Self Injurious Behaviours, alongside others, which can include mental health, risk taking and emotional challenges.

Alongside our therapeutic approach, we also work with Keys Clinical Psychologist and with our Keys Specialist Team of advisors

Working in our home can be intense but extremely rewarding, we have great fun promoting the interests of our young people who enjoy horse riding and equestrian as their favourite pastime.

What do you need?

Experience in care or transferable skills such as youth work, education, sports or working with vulnerable people is beneficial

Full UK Driving licence is desired & highly beneficial (due to location of the home)
