About You We are looking for a candidate who: Is a registered nurse with substantial post-registration experience in Critical Care Has experience at Senior Sister / Charge Nurse level or above within ICU Demonstrates strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills Has a track record of delivering quality improvement and service development Is passionate about staff wellbeing, engagement and retention Can foster an open, supportive and inclusive working environment Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
