Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Finisher to join our clients growing production team in Uckfield. You'll play a key role in the final stages of print production, using a range of finishing equipment, including guillotines, folders, laminators, creasers, binders, and packaging tools. Ensuring all products are finished to high quality standards and ready for delivery.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently, including cutters, folders, laminators, stitchers, creasers, and binding machines.
• Complete finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, collating, drilling, and packing printed materials.
• Inspect finished work carefully to ensure it meets quality standards, job specifications, and customer expectations.
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, reporting faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Work closely with print operators and production staff to prioritise jobs, maintain workflow, and meet daily deadlines.

Preferable for this position but not essential

• Access to own vehicle

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Access to a device to complete an online application.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in print finishing, bindery, or a similar production environment is preferred.
• Basic mechanical awareness and confidence in carrying out minor equipment checks.
