Running engineering calculations and simulations

-

Supporting laboratory testing and experimental work

-

Helping build, refine, and evaluate prototypes

Supporting thermodynamic and performance analysis

This is a role for someone who likes order, structure, and process, and who takes pride in doing things properly.

Who You'll Work With

This role involves daily collaboration with colleagues across the world, including

-

Global Technology Teams

-

Product Managers

-

Manufacturing Sites

-

Customers and external partners

Strong communication skills are essential. You should be comfortable explaining technical ideas clearly, working with different cultures, and speaking with colleagues or customers abroad.

What We Value

We're not looking for deep experience, we're looking for the right person

-

Keen to develop and grow

-

Open to feedback and learning

-

Interested in heat exchanger technology

-

Comfortable with both practical and analytical work

-

Willing to travel occasionally

-

Curious, methodical, and proactive

This role offers strong long‑term development potential, with opportunities to grow into advanced product engineering, thermodynamic analysis, or global project roles.

Why This Role Matters

You will play a key part in

-

Supporting new product development

-

Improving existing product performance

-

Contributing to global engineering projects

-

Helping shape the next generation of heat exchanger technology

This is a rare opportunity to join a global engineering organisation at an early stage in your career and build a strong technical foundation.
