Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Gravesend
40 hours per week
£60,000 per annum + performance‑based bonus package
Are you a passionate, experienced leader ready to shape a brand‑new children’s home from the ground up?
We’re looking for a Registered Manager who believes in creating safe, nurturing, life‑changing environments for young people.
Our setting can hold three people, aged 10 to 18 years.

What we’re looking for
✔ Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in a children’s home
✔ Strong understanding of Ofsted and safeguarding
✔ Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards)
✔ A child‑centred, resilient, inspiring leader
