Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to individual residents needs.

Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical assessments with accuracy and attention to detail.

Demonstrate strong leadership by supervising junior staff and guiding them in best practices.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clarity and understanding of care processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of residents information, treatments, and progress in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.

Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery of care services.

Promote a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within a Nursing home setting is essential.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Strong knowledge of nursing practices, care planning, and clinical procedures.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues alike.

Effective time management skills enabling the handling of multiple priorities efficiently.
