Behavioural Teaching Assistant

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Feltham is looking for a Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting in September. This role involves providing targeted support to pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs helping them engage positively with learning and develop self-regulation skills.

As a Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support, and help maintain a calm, structured classroom environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs or challenging behaviour in a school or similar setting.
