Are you a passionate Early Years Educator looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive primary school environment?

A welcoming primary school in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join their Early Years team from September on a temp-to-perm contract. This is a full-time, term-time only position, working 8:30am to 4:00pm, initially on a temporary basis with the potential for it to turn permanent thereafter.

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting young children at the very start of their educational journey. Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team, you will help deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that support children’s communication, social development, and early literacy and numeracy skills.

The school is looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Educator who can create positive relationships with children and contribute to a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels safe, confident, and ready to learn.

This role would suit an experienced Early Years Educator with a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and a genuine passion for supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
