The Role
You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our \"Hospitality Magic.\" You’ll master the \"behind-the-scenes\" stuffâlike cashing up and complianceâwhile staying front-and-centre as a role model for the team.
