Duties of a

Fast Fit Centre Manager

• Managing daily operations of the Fast Fit branch, ensuring efficiency and workflow
• Leading and motivating team members to achieve and surpass sales targets as a Fast Fit Centre Manager
• Providing outstanding customer service to promote customer retention and satisfaction
• Overseeing stock security, financial controls, and compliance with company standards
• Acting as a brand ambassador, representing the company within the Chingford community
• Ensuring health and safety standards, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance are maintained

Requirements of a

Fast Fit Centre Manager

• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, ideally as an Autocentre Manager or equivalent
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Drive to succeed and meet sales and profit targets
• Experience managing a fast-paced automotive workshop or service environment
