S2F Property Services Ltd is building its inspection network in the Chatham area and is looking for a reliable, detail-focused self-employed inventory clerk. We deliver professional inventory and inspection services across the UK, working with national agents, councils and landlords.

The work

Inventories, check-outs and mid-term inspections at rental properties in and around Chatham, completed on our digital reporting platform, Inventory Hive. You document condition, cleanliness and contents, photograph each area to a high standard, and deliver your report same day or next morning. You represent S2F on site and communicate professionally with tenants, landlords and agents.

This suits you if

You are an experienced inventory clerk, or have solid lettings or property inspection experience, and want to top up your income with flexible work alongside what you already do. You work independently, manage your own diary, and take pride in accurate, well-written reports.

You will need

Excellent attention to detail and strong written English. Good photography skills. Confidence with smartphones, tablets and digital reporting apps. A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle. To be based in or around Chatham.

What we offer
